September 12th, 2024 – Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec: Crestline is pleased to announce that our Service Centre is moving to a new facility in Mont St-Hilaire, which will replace our current bus service and parts location. This decision was made in response to our ongoing growth and to ensure we continue providing the best possible service to our customers.

The new facility in St-Hilaire will create additional space at our remount centre at 2994 by relocating all bus service operations to the new site. This expansion will allow the remount centre to streamline operations and decrease remount lead times to match the increasing customer demand. The relocation of our Service Centre will allow our remounts, paint, and accident teams to significantly increase their production capacity.
This move will also enhance our workshop capabilities to accommodate the growth in maintenance and repair activities, while enabling the development of a more advanced warehouse to support the rising demand for spare parts. In addition, the relocation will include new office spaces dedicated to our support teams, ensuring they have the resources to continue providing exceptional service to our customers.

The relocated Service Centre will provide the following services for ambulances and buses:
- Technical Service (staffed by a team of technical advisors)
- Parts Department
- Warehouse
- Maintenance & Repair Service
The new Service Centre will be located at 895 rue Benoit in Mont St-Hilaire and is expected to be fully operational in October this year. We look forward to continuing to serve our customers with this enhanced facility.
