As the curtains draw on another successful Ontario Transit Weekend (OTE) event, Crestline remains proud of its longstanding participation and commitment to supporting customers across Canada. This yearly event brings together important players in the industry, to meet up share ideas, and make partnerships to continuously improve the public transportation system.
Since 2002, Crestline has been proud to be a part of OTE, showcasing our range of solutions, and always striving to meet the evolving needs of our customers, whether in the healthcare, public transit, or shuttle sector. Attending this event is about fostering our long-term relationships, discussing current industry challenges, and collaborating on sustainable solutions that enhance the passenger experience and improve community connectivity.
This year marked their 25th anniversary, and we were happy to be able to celebrate together. Delicious cake was served, happy birthday OTE!
As always, we were proud to showcase two great buses, one for the healthcare sector and one for the public transit sector.
The first bus pictured here is the StarTrans Senator II paratransit bus. It has a capacity of up to 14 passengers and one wheelchair, with a Ford E-450 gas chassis. It includes Freedman GoEs mid-back vinyl seats, 3-point seat belts, a gray Altro floor, and a Braun 1,000 lb capacity lift installed rear curbside. The paratransit bus will find a new home shortly in Chester NS, with Community Wheels.
The other bus is a StarTrans Senator II, a 24-passenger shuttle with Freedman GoEs mid-back vinyl seats as well. The shuttle bus also includes a large 2 story, luggage compartment. The bus will be leased to a shuttle company in Cornwall, ON.
As Crestline reflects on another great OTE event, we are always grateful for the support of our partners, and our amazing customers. Together, we’ll keep striving to provide transportation that is safe, efficient, and accessible for everyone.
